Tonight’s meditation will be dedicated to UNESCO’S International Day of Tolerance which will be observed on November 16. Tolerance is not mere endurance, but an act of love that brings sweet, imperishable outcomes. Practicing tolerance involves remaining internally unaffected by others, accepting them with affection, and making the effort to respond calmly rather than reacting emotionally, ultimately leading to personal pleasure and fulfillment.
“Tolerance is respect, acceptance and appreciation of the rich diversity of our world’s cultures, our forms of expression and ways of being human.” – UN https://www.unesco.org/en/days/tolerance
Join us as we further explore what it means to be tolerant.
