Women: Dignity and Equality in Action – Raising Awareness Through Values-Based Leadership; a CSW70 Parallel event

The NGO Committee on Spirituality, Values, and Global Concerns-NY (CSVGC-NY), in collaboration with the Brahma Kumaris at the UN, proudly welcomed renowned Brazilian model and activist Luiza Brunet at CSW70. Internationally recognized as a model, actress, and entrepreneur, she has become a powerful advocate for women’s rights and safety. Transforming personal experience into public action, she has dedicated her life to raising awareness about violence against women and promoted dignity, equality, and empowerment. Inspired by her story, the event will create a space for dialogue and the sharing of best practices, thus advancing value-based leadership for the protection and equal rights of women and girls.

Her inspiring story uplifted many bringing courage and enthusiasm into the minds of girls.

The event opened with warm words of welcome from Danilo Parmegiani, Chair of CSVGC-NY, followed by Keeper of the Sacred, Sabita Geer, Vice-chair of the Committee.

Dr. Liberato Bautista, Former President of CoNGO, brought the program to a powerful conclusion with his insightful remarks.
