Still for a Sec (SAS) is a youth-led initiative inviting participants into a 2-month journey of daily reflection through the Kind or Coin Jar Challenge. Each time you meditate or journal, you add to your jar—either a coin for giving back or a note of a kind deed. At the end, your jar fuels an SDG-aligned project to do in your own community.
