Brahma Kumaris attended the Interfaith Reception organized by the Governor of New York State (NYS), H.E. Kathy Hochul, on Thursday, June 26. Event was held at the prestigious Stanley H. Kaplan Penthouse of the Lincoln Center for Performing Arts.
Faith traditions from across all five boroughs of NYS were presented and new connections were made.
One main highlight was the acknowledgment of Yoga Day by the Governor and presented the Proclamation to the NGOs present: Brahma Kumaris, WON Buddhism, and World Yoga Community.
