Working in Partnership

We work with individuals and groups at UN Headquarters and in the field, who share our interest in understanding inner states of awareness and attitude in order to shift the actions being taken in the world. We also serve on committees, support campaigns, and collaborate with networks.

The Brahma Kumaris International teams serve on various committees which include:

International Day of Yoga Committee at the UN as Co-chair

The International Day of Yoga Committee at the United Nations was created in order to implement UN General Assembly Resolution A/69/131 and aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga.

“Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.”
