Transformative Women’s Leadership is an approach that supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially Goal 5: Gender Equality and the empowerment of all women and girls.
Our Vision
We aim to create a living expression of leadership with women at the center of decision-making. This vision is grounded in the awareness of our true identity as spiritual beings of consciousness and guided by four core principles:

The world is facing crises that risk undoing progress in gender equality and the prevention of gender-based violence. In these uncertain times, leadership must inspire trust, compassion, courage, humility, inclusivity, and collaboration.
To embody these qualities, leaders need a new kind of power — one rooted in spiritual principles that guide decisions and actions with clarity and purpose.

Lasting change begins within. By defining ourselves beyond external labels and limitations, we awaken our deeper identity as living consciousness. This inner connection becomes a source of strength, security, and stability — allowing us to act with clarity even in turbulent times.
Practices of contemplation and inner silence help us reconnect with this essence. Turning inward frees us from fear and conditioning, and reawakens a consciousness often described as the divine feminine — a wisdom accessible to all.
The Power of Shakti
Transformative leadership calls for a vision that transcends gender, race, position, or privilege. At its heart is Shakti — a Sanskrit word meaning “power” or “life force,” from the root shak, “to be able, to do, to act.”
Shakti is the sacred feminine energy that flows from the Divine into practical, life-affirming action. Rooted in the Divine Source, it fuels love, courage, and benevolence. It inspires a style of leadership that draws out the best in others, fostering collaboration, inclusivity, and thriving communities.
It also offers intuitive clarity — guiding leaders to sense the right action in the moment. When anchored in a calm, sacred state, leaders can act from deeper wisdom, creating ripple effects of positive change that extend far beyond the present.
How We’re Bringing It to Life
Our network of 120 women, connected across every continent, is at the heart of this initiative. We began by practicing this pathway within our own community, and now we’re sharing it with women leaders around the world.

Weaving a Global Community
